Job Description

As an Automation Test Lead, you will be responsible for Design, develop and implement test automation frameworks, using popular test automation tools and programming languages, according to established standards and best practices. You are also responsible for conducting and supporting functional & non-functional testing to ensure the quality of all deliverables. Also, responsible to produce documentation on system solutions to ensure their maintainability and smooth implementation and Communicate artefacts and status to stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Should working with test automation frameworks and programming automated tests.
Abilty to design the test automation process.
Ability to engage in self-guided analysis and problem-solving.
Prior experience working in the Agile development methodology.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Passion and curiosity for solving technical problems.
Working knowledge ofJavaScript/Selenium
Professional certification is a plus.

Requirements

Overall minimum 2+ years experience in functional and non-functional test automation.
Relevant IT experience in automating UI and API test cases.
Selenium Web Driver, Basic Java (8 and above).
BDD Framework testing using Cucumber or JBehave.
Experience in API testing using, Rest Assured – TestNG or equivalent framework.
Must be able to clearly articulate problems and their solutions in a business-friendly manner.
Passionate about technology and the advances in it, constantly looking for opportunities to learn new things and bring those ideas to the team.
Knowledge on automation tools and technologies for Web based applications
Good experience in building test strategies and writing good test cases
Deep understanding of the overall Quality Assurance process

Eligibility Criteria

A bachelors/ Master’s degree in business or related field
Analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Must emphasize automation and development/operational efficiency.
Problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Web and app end technology.
Should be Excellent in communication as well as written English.
Must have experience of doing client meetings
Good analytical approach for understanding flow and pattern.
Ready to take challenges and flexible.
